Getting this error whenever I try to respond to a case opened by a buyer. I need to respond to this buyer via the resolution center but always get this error. I logged out and back in, still the same. Any ideas?
Is the buyer registered in another country? They may have purchased the item on a different eBay country site -- try responding on the other site, if possible.
"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.
If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
Try using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network or wifi.
