Accepting offers.

So over the last few weeks I've accepted multiple offers on different items, payments were never made.  I've contacted ebay and they said we'll the listing is still available so other potential buyers have the opportunity to still make a purchase.  When I make a purchase the money is automatically taken out of my account.  My question is how do we leave negative feedback for these customers... many have 100%.

Hi @chicity_flips

-eBay's policy for Sellers is that they CANNOT leave less than Positive feedback for Buyers.  That includes a Positive Feedback with a negative comment.

-If you wait 4 days on day 5 you can Cancel using the reason Buyer hasn't paid, they get an Unpaid item strike on their account, 2 of those and they will have trouble buying on the site.

-You can test out Auto-pay by turning it ON, on this page near the bottom.  This requires Buyers to provide a Payment method prior to Sending or Accepting an offer.  Buyer management | eBay

-You can also test NOT using the Offer process by turning it OFF on your listings and having the price be the lowest you will sell for and still make your profit.
