I accepted offers on three different items about 10 days ago. I did not receive payment for them, they are back to appearing in my active listings. However, my account still shows those three offers as pending, like I did not acknowledge them. When I click on them to accept again, it says you have no offers. has anyone else experienced this and is there a way I can contact the potential purchasers? They must think I did not reply. Thank you.

If the buyer has not paid by day 4, on day 5 the seller can file a Cancellation with the reason Buyer didn't pay. The seller gets his/her FVF credited, the buyer gets an unpaid strike recorded on his account, no one can leave feedback. Two or more unpaid strikes, and the buyer will find it difficult to bid/buy from sellers who block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes. Do you have your Buyer Blocks in place?

@kdsmjansen Is it the same item number? eBay has been messing with Best Offer and the latest I heard is that when a seller accepts an offer the listing remains open (or in a multiple item listing the quantity is not reduced) until the buyer actually pays (if the seller requires pre-authorization of payment the item is paid for immediately of course) and others can make offers or do the Buy It Now (or bid if it's an auction format listing).
Unfortunately eBay is short on details as to how exactly this works. Can the seller accept multiple offers and let the first to pay get it? @disneyshopper If the above is the case (item remained available pending payment) can the seller do an unpaid cancellation (I doubt it since there is no "transaction" to cancel).

That is my understanding. The first to pay gets the item when multiple offers are sent out.

Thank you for the information! I did not send out offers, I received offers on three different items, which I accepted. The option to cancel and relist isn't there.
