I accepted two counter offers from one buyer and normally it shows up in "awaiting payments". Now it just disappears.
In messages it says “Respond Now”, when I click on that on my phone it says "error" (as I already accepted it the first time) and I can’t do anything. On my PC it says “You have no offers”.
I can see that these orders are in “awaiting payment” status on the show offers screen under pending. The items are sold as I accepted the buyer's offers and sold the items to him. It should now show up in the main orders page as “awaiting payment” and isn’t. I should be able to send a combined invoice and combine shipping, but I cannot. I can’t even contact the buyer to let them know if they pay I will refund one of the shipping costs.
eBay told me that they changed how offers work, that up until the item is paid for it will still be listed as being for sale and therefore will not show up in the awaiting payment area, because it was a counter offer. The sale isn't complete until paid for. I was told I could cancel the order and make a new combined order and give that to the buyer. Or wait until the buyer pays then refund the shipping cost to them. All of that is fine, if I have to use a workaround I will, but I still am not able to contact the buyer to let them know what I am or will be doing.
Going through my active listings and clicking on the item that sold it shows "You accepted xxx's offer!" There is a place that says "Contact the buyer" when I click on that it just goes to the buyer's home page. I can't contact the buyer this way either.
I've read all of the help articles, and everything they say I can't do as the orders just are not showing up anywhere. Under 'How to combine payments for buyer' ...order...send invoice...etc. No orders to select.
Is anyone else having this issue or have a solution for me?
