When I accept an offer or counteroffer from a buyer. It no longer shows under "Awaiting Payment". I have had a couple buyers state that they have not been notified that I accepted this offer. Does anyone know why this is happening?
eBay has changed the way offers are handled so that the order does not go through until the buyer actually completes payment. Until then, the item remains listed and available for anyone else to buy.
