I sell hundreds of items every week on eBay. Most orders have multiple items. A buyer had 9 items on the order and asked to return. I sent him return labels for all 9 items. Buyer wanted to keep the items and also wanted the money back, I refused. He didn't return the items but left me 9 negative feedback. Return window closed and eBay closed the case in my favor and removed negatives, BUT they only removed 6 out of 9. Now I am trying to get them to remove remaining three but they say these feedback don't qualify for removal. Same buyer, same order # but I can't get anyone to understand that this looks to be a system glitch.
It is so frustrating that I did everything I'm supposed to do but eBay is unwilling to do their part.

Oh well, no luck after talking to multiple people. They are keep saying that these feedback are not eligible for removal.
What are we supposed to do? I did everything by the book but total incompetence has no answer.

Did you try the social media team?

Yeah, I posted it on their Facebook page. Don't really use Twitter so don't even have an account.
