Dear eBay Community,
We had dispatch this Buyer item by Bombino on August 24, but the customer says that they have not received this item yet, we had call 15 days before the bombino customer care, they asked us to give the customer number. and that say we have nothing to worry about. But after that there was no response to them.
please tell us what to do next.
and the tracking number we got after booking the shipment is also not being tracked.
