This is my first request from a buyer for a blouse to be returned. (States it did not fit). I am a new seller. I have listed on my page "no returns". I paid the postage for this item and also had the funds taken out which amounted to me paying about $7 to have this item sold. As I was looking at the options for the return request, I clicked on accept return just to see what the next step might be, and I didn't realize it would not let me back up so I wouldn't have to accept the return. I'd like to be where I could accept the return, but this process of selling has been very slow, I have very limited income as this is why I'm selling on ebay, i need to make extra income, and I don't want to lose money when I had listed on my page "no returns". Any suggestions?

To be honest there really is no such thing as "No Returns" on eBay it the buyer knows how to get around it and most do. The reason that the buyer gave is a Buyers Remorse reason so you could have denied the refund. However if a buyer selects "not as described" as their reason it will overrule your No Returns policy and you will have to accept the return, pay for the return shipping and make a full refund once the item is returned.

I find that disturbing. Why are we not protected from this? I would think the pictures would tell the story. I take pictures of both sides of my clothing and close ups as well. There are so many scammers in our world today anyone can say an item is not as described. I guess though if they didn't want the item, they wouldn't have bought it. But to lie and state something was wrong with an item if it is not, is a risk I guess we have to take. I would think ebay would lean towards the sellers though. A seller doesn't want to sell an item that is defective because a seller doesn't want to get a bad review. Thank you for your comment!
