Hello!

Recently, I shipped to a seller located in "APO, AE". I've read that this is the military and that the military handles the shipping after a certain point.

My problem is that the shipping on USPS says that the package is still in transit. I originally handed the package off to USPS on 06/29/23, it is now 07/11/23 and the tracking hasn't updated since 06/05/23.

Is it safe to assume that USPS no longer has the package? If so, could customer claim they never received item?

The military mail is pretty reliable so the item should arrive on time and not damaged or spoiled.

The APO AE address is you were given is a US military mail handing address. Many years ago, the US military started blocking public shipping to specific addresses for the safety of the military personel and their families and handles their mail from military mail handling locations.
