APO address shipping label

Was able to print a shipping label going to an APO address but the customs information did not come up. The post office said it needs to have a customs form and I  already printed the shipping label. could not get exact answer with eBay. I’m assuming I have to cancel the label how do most of you handle APO addresses?

The customs form should have been automatic from ebay, but there has been glitches in the past with it not showing up or not being part of the label.

You can either print the form from USPS.com to attach, or void the label and print one from PayPal or a free PirateShip account.

Thanks for the info! I was able to chat with a rep at ebay after I posted. Was told to take it to the post office and had the label voided. When I get a new tracking number then will need to enter that. Will keep paypal and pirate ship in mind for next time!

You can just add the free form to the package, as you will be paying full retail at the Post Office if you buy a shipping label there.
