My sister receives disability and has been since the early 2000’s. She’s sold over 20,000 in items as a business on eBay in just the last year and refuses to give eBay her social security number so they can report it to the IRS. What can they do ? She needs to pay for lying about her income for one and what can ebay do to make her give her SSN? She has a PayPal account they can check that for her SSN.
