Did you mean:

A defective item I returned was return to me.

The radio tuner I purchased did not tune any FM signal. I contacted seller and shipped to the return address on the box. That was returned to me saying insufficient address. I asked the buyer for an address and got no address to confirm where I shipped it. The buyer defended address without stating address.   I am not going to pay a third shipping cost on a non working tuner.

If the seller provides an insufficient return address, or does not accept the package for any reason, the buyer should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund if you used eBay's return process:

If you just shipped the box back to the address on the label, you have little or no protection; you must start a formal return.

Why would you pay to return it?

If it doesn't work, the seller pays return shipping, if you use the MBG.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Have a great day.
