I bought some face cream and opened it  31 days after I received it and it is not what the product is supposed to be - it was promoted as brand new and it wasn't and it wasn't the actual brand of cream... it was not sealed. Best of all, and I didn't realize it the seller will not accept a return. How do I contact ebay's fraud department or get another ruling on this - the customer service person put me off. help.

I’m very sorry this happened, but I’m afraid you’re past the deadline for using eBay’s Money Back Guarantee … which is 30 days after delivery.

You still have time to apply for a refund from either PayPal or your credit card company, however.  You may have to pay the return shipping, but that shouldn’t be too much.

Yes I will contact my credit card company- I was really stupid regarding 30 days! Didn’t realize it. Lots of fraudulent stuff out there lesson learned
