21 day hold

If a buyer received his item, and gave you a great review; along with every of the 17 reviews you’ve had.(100%) Why would they put a hold on your funds for 21 days?

eBay holds funds until you've been selling for at least 90 days and you've sold 25 items worth $250. 

They also hold funds for 21 days on items costing over a thousand dollars. Sorry you weren't aware of that. Feedback doesn't get funds released. You'll just have to wait it out.
