2023 1099-K forms when are they released? I made over $20,000 but dashboard says I will not receive 1099-K?

eBay has until 1/31 to issue the 1099k docs.

I don't know why eBay is posting that misleading message - I see it too. eBay will update that when the 1099-K forms are ready. As already advised, there are 7 more days for eBay to do so before the deadline.

There are two parts to the decision to issue a 1099.  For 2023 the limit is $20,000 and 200 transactions.  If you did not have 200 transactions then the 1099 will not be issued unless you are in one of the States that has a lower limit for a 1099.
