I live in Oregon, and we've been in the news for several forest fires, two of them over 100,000 acres. We housed 2 camps of firefighers of about 1000 people per camp about 1/2 a mile from my home. We had smoke requiring the need for headlights for over one month. We were ordered to be prepared for evacuation. At the store, the gas station and at the fire camps, there are updates and information available.
There was a 2-3 day period when things were quite scary, and it was immenent that we needed to vacate. Because of this, I was unable to fill two orders, one made on the 16th of September and one on the 18th. After things calmed down(it rained) I contacted ebay about 2 defects for canceling an order. They asked me to make sure the people who were impacted understood the situation. I did as they asked. My buyers were very understanding and did not have any lingering complaints.
Can I get these defect removed? and if so, how?
