How does this seller have 100% rating with several negative reviews?

The percentage of feedback is based on the previous 12 months.  It does tell you this on everyone's feedback page.

Our Feedback Percentage is based only on the previous 12 months ... so any negs collected more than 12 months ago won't be included in the calculation.

Also, our percentage is rounded out to the nearest tenth of a percent.  It takes about 2000 positive feedbacks to offset each negative feedback ... so sellers who have received 1999 (or more) positive feedbacks in the past year will maintain their 100% rating if they are receive a single neg.
