I understand that when you click IN an auction you'll know if you've won. But noowhere in the rules does it state auction is BIN for certain. have yet to see if auctions were mixed pp and no pp? any other peoplfeel they were a bit Limited ont eh rules?

I don't want the clues easy but clarify SOME issues ebay.
