The doctrine by his name is the straw that just broke my back! One of the first things I searched was Spain, as well as Spain and Portugal, and nothing, now someone wins it with spain??!?!?!?!? This is now the second time that has happened to me, the first was the New Years eve local, I searched the heck out of New York, as did many others, I saw many panoramas, but no winner, then it comes up won with New York.
