While there are lots of rumors that this game is a hoax, I would hope not. Why does EBAY immediately remove the auction. It should be just like any other auction where the WINNING BIDDER is shown and it is also shown that the AUCTION has ended. It qwells the rumors and it gives those that are playing a little faith that we're not just wasting our time.

It is done to keep the scam artists from copying them and post fake auctions and so you can't study it to figure out how to find future answers.

It is to stop people from using them in hoax winning auctions and what is called spoof emails. Sellers seem to be the only ones who get the spoof emails. They always look like they are from eBay but they aren't. They will ask you to go to a link and fill in your information for some reason. All it is someone trying to get your information to use. If you ever get an email saying your rights to buy, sell or use eBay will be canceled unless you go to this link in the email and fill in your information. Don't go there just foward the email to spoof@ebay.com Then eBay can go find these people and stop it.
