Hmmmm...just as I expected. With such idiotic clues & answers, ebay could at LEAST post the explanations. Apparently the clue-maker was trying to tie Roosevelt (FDR) to the Korean War. He or she doesn't know anything about history. Roosevelt is on the dime, and he died in 1945. The Korean War didn't start until 1950. Like the 60s print question that turned out to be 70s polyester, the answer to this one was utter pants.
