well i think between what was in description and the policy at the bottom, it's not my problem...i mean i have dealt with people in the past - there was only 1 other problem, which the person was very nice, it was no ones fault...we agreed to something and all was fine...and i have one nuetral...which they dont say about paying for the item a long time after purchase, although i state within 7 days...and they recieved it prior to what they put, i know for a fact...they made me ship it parcel, which does take longer...i didnt return emails do to a family situation i was not on the computer at all...i left her good feedback anyway.
no thats not this one....those were the only other situations i've had....most work fine, no problems....but he isnt saying anything about returning anything, he wants a refund....the box was heavy...like 16.00 in shipping...then with paypal fee's etc...i thought it was clear...as is, best of my knowledge, abosutlely no refunds or returns....is it just me?
i have a feeling he will resell...which he will most likely get all his money back on anyway....maybe i'm just not in a mood to deal with him, but i think i did everything honestly...and i do take things into consideration but i dont know....i think he's pulling something...i could be wrong.

one auction i sold, the lady didn't get insurance, she was new to ebay too. during shipping one item broke and one was fine...i had packed it very well, but you know how the post office can be....well i felt bad - so i gave her a small credit and wished her well in finding a match to the one that didnt brake. she was very happy and learned it is best to insure breakable items.
no one was two breakable items like i said...but no problem straightening out that one. The other one was - I had appointments and family stuff coming up, so I stopped my listing any auctions prior because i knew i wouldnt be on...well the delay in payment ran into the time i would not be on the computer...i made it a point to check for payment....once i got it i did ship, but didnt continue checking messages...i was busy...so they said they emailed...and boy did they 3 or more times a day...but item had shipped...close to holiday's, parcel....and they i guess felt it took to long...but all those that paid within the 7 days...had no complaints...

Well you know Dow, some dont leave any at all. Others..well I dont know what thier problem is...I have over 238 all positive....one item i never recieved, and the person listed the same item but swore they shipped mine...i just shrugged it off, I didnt leave feedback for them at all...and sometimes what i get isnt what i thought, but i go back read carefully again...if i'm right and they are wrong - I just send an email...if they dont care to try and resolve I just dont buy from them again....people are only human...mistakes are made...but i think my auction was very clear.
I agree but it doesnt seem to be handled correctly yet...the feedback situation. I think it needs to be revamped. This going both ways for sellers and buyers...this person will most likely leave me bad feedback...which I dont think is fair...I didnt want to be shipping computer parts back and forth...As is...etc..Things are listed in it as not sure etc...you take your chance with that...I have bought stuff like that myself...sometime your lucky sometimes not...but I feel my listing is honest.
