Seeing as how we now have a couple of doctors "on board", I think we should be able to get some free medical advice.

Just post your questions here & I'm sure Docs Slick & *dineen* will gladly tell us what they think!!!

Sure. I'll give you my thoughts. I'm not thinking at my 100% best today either. I REALLY liked my linking idea.

Hey I need opions guys...What would you do if you sold a bunch of computer parts....the high bidder gets all of it and says that there were only two things he wanted, they dont work...and he wants a refund...but you clearly state no refunds or returns...in addition the parts had been checked prior, and did work.

Dineen, I think no returns means buyer is stuck with it, if you stated that they work, as a buyer I would want them to work, but if you listed them "as is" "no refunds or returns" What liability do you have..None.

I bought an item and recieved a different item than pictured, in worse condition-all smashed and worthless, I was stuck with it and the negative feedback the Bait and Switcher left me.

I tried to resolve the matter with the buyer, this was before paypal. He was quite a manic on the phone, very angry and treating me with awful disrespect for contacting him about the item being a different one than pictured. He went on to leave me bad feedback saying I was a very disturbed WOMAN! .........Now He's a jerk!

I have all good feedback transactions for selling and one bad one from buying an item I paid for very fast. It was a bait and switch on the item and I get negative feedback for trying to resolve it with the seller.

Theres some fruity tuties out there. Not a whole lot you can do if it was before pay-pal.
Dineen, First of all...This guy would definetly worry me that he just took the parts he neeeded and now wants his money back. He sells computer parts. The auction is for computer parts... "sold as is." It clearly states that. He should not get a refund mostly due to the fact that who knows what he "borrowed". Hes a newbie so he needs to be stated the facts. Maybe he doesn't know that the auction is NOT misleading. Just my opinion.
