I saw your posts about cancelling the bid of the newbie...Did you try to email them just to chat and find out if they were of the chatting kind? I've had to do that 2-3 times on ones I was worried about. I hope he she is legit. LOTS of bids for such a short time . But we were all new once and went crazy buying stuff. Just not quite that crazy!
Anytime I get a bidder I do a search to be sure that they are ok. Knock on wood, I have so far not had to cancel a bid...A few I wished I would have but...If there is a doubt, I always email them and think of something stupid to ask them. Like just being sure that you saw the shipping cost, or I forgot to mention the measurements blah blah blah. I've only had to do that 4-5 times. So far they have always answered. If they didn't, I would probably cancel the bid. That's only been on people with LOTS of Negs. Not Newbies. But with all the bids that yours has put in the past 24 hrs. since registering, I would have for sure emailed them. I will for sure keep my fingers crossed for you. They will pay really quick, I just know they will! 😉
😄 Hi oldy, LOL, I've been doing a few fly overs of Hawaii. Whoooooooeeeeeeee!!! Starters for a decent bungalow-2 1/2 baths- 2.5 million and going up. Condos come a little cheaper. LOL The little bungalow has a nice tiled deck overlooking the mountain and ocean and also a roof over a large portiong of it for the rain spells. Lots of room for the gang to party. LOL
