Need some help identifying a cabinet

Can anyone tell me what the purpose is of this cabinet and/or the manufacturer? It has no markings anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Measurements? Pictures of the inside? How big are those metal insets, how deep do they go?

More info definitely needed.  Is that a tray pull-out rather than a drawer?

My first guess is that it could be some sort of home drinks bar.  But this seems very particularly adapted.  The edge round the top is very interesting, and it must have a purpose.  How deep are those holders?  Could they hold ice or a wine bottle? 

Also there appears to be a handle on the side so there should be one on the other.  That indicates that this was meant to be picked up and carried.

It appears to be a dry bar cabinet with bottle inserts.

I am thinking that might be a pull out shelf for drink prep.

The handles are purely decorative. You would never move it using those handles.
