Need help identifying an antique reclining Windsor chair

Hi I have this wooden Windsor chair. It reclines believe it or not. Under the chair has an iron mechanism that allows the chair to be tilted back in a rocking like feel. I’ve never seen a chair like this. It looks to be old. No markings. I hope the pics are okay. Would anyone help me identify it’s possible age name, etc?

Not a Windsor chair. It's an office chair with a reclining mechanism. Look closely at the metal section for patent numbers or... It's unusual.

Thanks Sonoma, I would have never thought about an office chair but that makes a lot of sense. it’s very unusual. Makes sense why I could not find any info on anything similar

Wait! This two different chairs married together I just caught the unidentified holes in the lower chair base platform. Someone in the late 19th century has been "at work" on this.
