I.D Needed On an Antique Unusual Heavy Vase

Hi everyone!

I was recently given this vase by a friend who's elderly uncle passed away. She didn't want it and I really love it.

Does anyone know who makes it?  It is quite unusual, depicting a lady with a bow and arrow killing a deer.  It is unsigned and quite heavy.  Pictures attached.

Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

generally refered to as a staffordshire flat back, but that doesn't mean it was made there.
