I can't make out the letters but it says 95% after that. Quit heavy.
See if anybody recognizes it.

etain is pewter, the 95% is how much tin it contains

Obviously German... Circa 1900 give or take... Check out 'Kaiserzinn Pewter" online for similar Art Nouveau designed pieces... Should be able to price it with something similar--God Bless--Cowboy

I know nothing about pewter so I have to ask: Did German pewter carry the French word (etain) instead of the German word (zinn)? If so, do you know why? Curious.
