Rusted Steel Object ID

Heavy rusted steel object measures about 6" by 6".

Can any one tell me what this may be?

looks like part of agricultural machinery with the holes allowing to adjust  the trace alignment by pins and the fork with the square holes for fixing to tractor. e.g. harrow etc..
