You have some very nice, and possibly expensive, stems from the "Elegant Glass" era, so they date much closer to Depression era than 1968.
The bowls are paneled 'optic glass' with etching. The blue color will usually make them even more desirable.
The shape of the goblet has a name that belongs to a glassware pattern, and the etching itself also has a name. Different etches could be put on one line of glassware, creating a new pattern.
I won't spend the time to do the work for you, but if you notice the shape of the column, usually you can quickly find the maker. They tended to stick with the same shapes from line to line. Good luck.
