Need help to identify brass & jade money clip by atirou2??

I have held on to this for several years, from a storage auction. I didn't want to sell it for nothing and find out it is worth substantially more. I researched the name atirou it is  Portugal.  Has anyone seen a similar piece or knows of the artist.

I put the word "atirou 2" into a portuguese to English translator and it came back as "threw 2", so I was thinking that possibly it means it is the second part to a two piece set and the other one might say "atirou 1" on it. This is purely guess work as I don't know how Portuguese works.
