Is this American Brilliant cut glass?

I received this piece from my grandmother, but I have no information about it. I've tried researching articles about identifying American Brilliant glass, but I'm still not sure. It is an 8" long relish dish.

If anyone can help with that and also the pattern I would be very grateful!  The last thing I want to do is list it as such, and be wrong....   (This is not my selling ID)

How wide is it and how much does it weigh?  It's hard for me to tell you what you want to know on such a small pc from your very good pictures.  If it's American Brilliant cut when you hold it to the light you should have no problem seeing the prism affect (rainbow colors) along the cuts.  The weight of cut/leaded crystal and soda glass are dramatic.  If the piece is way heavier than expected from just looking at it, then it could be cut.  From what I see it looks to be pressed glass, but I'm getting that primarily from your last picture where the light seems to be fuzzing as you look through the piece.  But then again, some poorer quality lead glass does the same thing. *shrug*  Well that's my two cents.  Give me the weight and width and maybe I can find a couple of similar pcs. here to give you a better answer.   It's a nice old piece no matter.

Thanks so much for the info so far.  The piece is 7 3/4" long and 4" wide. It weighs 11.4 oz.

I don't see the prism effect, so I'm guessing it's pressed. Do you agree based on the size and weight?

I weighed 3 pcs. of cut glass I have of similar size and what I got was that it should weigh over 1 lb. to have much if any lead content. So, yes it's a lovely piece but my best and fairest estimation is it's pressed glass or pattern glass eapg probably made from 1890 to 1920.  A piece very much intended to be a less expensive alternative to cut glass.  The made tons and tons of it, and it was very very popular.  So yes I agree.
