Help identifying a Superior Quality button

Hi,  I have a Superior Quality button that I can't identify if it was a state issued button or when it was from.   It is about 5/8" in diameter.    Looks like a shield, dome, eagle, pioneer and Indian.  I have searched online but cannot seem to find this exact button.  Thanks in advance for any help!

It appears to be a dress uniform button. Probably belonged to a fireman or a policeman. Instead of state, you should be looking up "city coat of arms." I would begin with cities closest to wherever you found the button.
