I picked this up today and can not find any information on it anywhere. I found one that looks similar although not round on an auction site but it did'nt help in my quest for information. Anyone got any information?

The signed markings look to be typical of pieces sold to the tourists. If you look up Honduras wood carvings on Google you should find several artist styles that are similar.
