HELP WITH ABP CUT GLASS ICE CREAM TRAY PATTERN & MAKER?

Anyone know who might be the maker or know the pattern on this cut glass tray? Size is  13.50" X 8.75" wide.  I think it is late 19th or early 20th century??? Any help as always will be MUCH appreciated. THANKS

This looks close to Kensington Pattern or a Hawkes Pattern, but I am not sure
