Etched Stemware Identification

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what company may have made these glasses. They have a light purple color. I have searched in books, online for hours and no luck. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Harding Lavender (Stem 1428) by Central Glass Works.

Actually, it's Central Glass Works Lavender stem 1428, not so sure on the Harding etch from the picture, but you should be able to identify it easy enough from there.
