Vintage Fashion Guild petition re:Paypal 180 day return policy

This is up through change.org, and is very important for all sellers. Its at 900 signatures but more is needed to protect the small sellers from the new updates.

Paypal and ebay are **bleep** every penny they can until their business shuts down. Their site visits are way down and they are 60 % SLOWER loading pages than any other merchanidse site. Attached statistics graph.*

Just not going to sell on Ebay anymore or accept PayPal payments on any of my other venues.
