Silpada is the maker

I believe 935 was a hallmark used in silver jewelry in Austria and Germany after WWII , mostly on Art Deco jewelry or scandinavian.

It's a Silpada piece with a mis-struck 925 silver mark.  Probably made in the last 20 years.
