Need help with old flower brooch with seed pearls

Hello all, I've had this brooch for awhile and would love some help as to age. The pearls are real, and so is the gemstone. A jeweler told me it was 24K gold washed, but that's about it. Can anyone help me? TIA, Denise

its gorgeous.  DO you have a better shot of the pin hinge? Looks like it may be an older tube hinge

The tube hinge indicates that it is late 1800s or early 1900s, Victorian or edwardian .  It is beautiful.
