Need help to ID maker's mark on circa '60's 14k yellow gold charm

Circa 60's 14k yellow gold peacock charm - mark appears to have a right hand or glove, fingers closed and pointing to left.  Immediately to the right of the hand/glove appears to be a capital letter P.  Mark under glove states 14k.  Thanks.
