I don't know if this is sterling - it's not marked that I can find.  Anybody ever seen anything like this?

The chain at the top indicates it is fairly recently made costume jewelry, not silver, in my opinion. Those very lightweight chains were used extensively in the last 20 years. Very pretty though. One of my favorite necklaces is similar.

Agree with first answer.  The beads might have been given a silver wash..
