Does Anyone Recognize this weird Lucite Bangle w/encased balls?

I believe it’s from the 60s, high quality & thick, the balls remind me of bubble tea!

I have no help, but have a question for you if that is ok? How do you tell vintage lucite from modern bangles like this? Always has stumped me.
