eBay Guaranteed Delivery is the program that lifts listing visibility and sales potential by allowing buyers to filter for listings guaranteed to arrive in three days or less.

We are excited to share that sellers with a minimum of 100 transactions a year and a late-shipment rate below 5% have earned enrollment in the program.

Starting between May 1 and May 31, these sellers’ listings that already meet Guaranteed Delivery requirements will feature a delivery date guaranteed by eBay. Eligible sellers have been notified by email and eBay Message Center.

To learn more about eBay Guaranteed Delivery and how the it benefits all eBay customers, visit Seller Center and watch our recent eBay Guaranteed Delivery webinar.

No Action Required

Enrolled sellers do not need to do anything to take advantage of their new status. With eBay Guaranteed Delivery, eBay guarantees the delivery dates and makes it right if a buyer ever experiences a late delivery—no matter the reason. Sellers should simply keep meeting the handling times they set for their listings.

Opt Out Any Time

We want you to know you’re always in control of how you sell. Once the change takes place in May, sellers may remove themselves from the program at any time by visiting Site Preferences, selecting eBay Guaranteed Delivery Setting, and clicking “I want to opt out of eBay Guaranteed Delivery.”
