On app, waiting for payment notification won't go away. I have no pending payment items, it's been going on for a little over a week. Samsung galaxy s10+, s21+
How do I fix this?

I can only offer the obvious.
Logout of the eBay app completely and then restart the app and log back in.
I have seen notifications stick around for a day but not a week as you are experiencing.
