Using the Android app I am unable to see feedback at the stores I visit. This is not ideal as people's feedback influence my decision whether to purchase.
I also cannot see my own feedback so can't see other comments are surrounding my ebay transactions.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

I am having the exact same exact issue. I also cannot look at the listing for items that I purchase. The "return item" button is also missing. I have rebooted my phone, cleared my phone's cache, force closed the app, clear the app's cache, cleared the app's data, and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. Seems to be an issue with an update they rolled out.
I'm using an Android. Samsung s22 Ultra 1 TB version.

The app is not displaying feedback comments correctly, though you should still be able to see feedback using a browser.

There is a workaround. On the Order Details page, the item title is missing. That is usually the link to the item listing. If you scroll down and use the Contact Seller link, the item title appears on that page, and that can be used to reach the original listing description.
The "return item" button is also missing.
I looked, but could not find an easy workaround for that other than going through the original listing and using the link to the Money Back Guarantee, which opens a slow, browser-like interface inside the app. At that point you are better off just using a browser.
Use the "Tell us what you think" link on the Order Details page to let page developers know about the missing features.

Same here Android - No feedback shows for anyone, including myself. Works fine on desktop.

Same problem. Unable to see any seller feedback on the app..and my PC is down. Frustrating.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app; the previous version had a problem displaying feedback comments, but the latest version addressed this issue.
Or else use a mobile browser.
