ITEM SPECIFICS NOT WORKING

Please help @eBay ... item specifics require "new, used ,etc" but the android app will not let me choose! There is not an option, it is blank. And app will not allow me to list, unless I choose condition of new, used, etc. Please please PLEASE FIX ASAP.. I NEED TO EARN MONEY 🧡
