For the past week, I have gotten this "Format Unsupported" message in my app after I have typed out my listing on my computer.
When I click okay and bypass the message on my app, all my hard work in the description is gone and my words are just one long sentence.
This is happening everytime I list on my computer and check it on my phone. I asked my husband to check my listing on his phone and it's also just one long sentence. However, when checking it on a computer it's fine.
It's highly frustrating since I have to go reformat my phone to "correct" every listing. It's adding extra work for me.
Knowing 80% of ebay users access eBay through their phones, this is stressing me out to have to make it look proper.
I've reported this issue a week ago and nothing has a changed. I called to see if there was any update on my ticket only to be told that the agent can't access that information. Ugh.
