How to reply to feedback?

I'm doing the onerous task of leaving feedbacks today. Does anyone know how to reply to feedback (good) that someone has left for me? I've seen some people who comment on feedback left for them, so I know there's a way to do it, I just can't seem to find it. I want to leave a reply for a person who thanked me for refunding shipping; it was actually an overpayment. Somehow she ended up paying shipping twice for two items, instead of one item plus minimal combined shipping. And I don't want customers to think I just arbitrarily refund ALL shipping, this was a special case. /Karen

Yes, I'm the same Karen. Yes, there is a way to do it. Use the 'feedback' navigation to the left in 'my ebay'. I'll try to go now, and follow that through...

Hi Karen, You can go to my ebay, then on the left side click on "feedback". Go to Feedback Forum and there you will see where you can reply to feedback received. Hope this helps Carol

I've refunded quite a few overpayments... but not to the Nigerians. *lol* (no offence to Nigerians, this is re a scam paying with fake checks/mo/cc then they ask for a refund. You send it, you lose.) ANYWAY... Karen. Go to 'my ebay' Left hand side nagigation, under 'my account' got to 'Feedback'. From there select 'Recent Feedback'. From there select 'View All'. At the bottom (about an inch or two up) you'll find a link 'Reply to feedback received'. That will do it for you! Have a great day. ~Jillian
