A challenge is a weekly thing. See the 'events calendar' on left.
It's just a challenge to keep your creative urges flowing for art and ACEOs. You can list on the theme all week - Sunday until Saturday. As many times as you like, any starting price. It's your interpretation of the theme so can be really creative.
Dares are spasmotic. There are 2 threads here (links and basic instructions under the animated gif at the top of the discussion group).
One for dares (by popular demand - dares), and one for 'dare takers'.
You can give a dare and/or be a daretaker in each set of 5, but you can't do 2 of each in the same set.
When we have 5 of each, a thread with instructions, and also a photo gallery are set up. The dares are assigned by pulling them out of a hat and matching them up - so until you read the thread you will have no idea of the dare you'll get. You have 7 days to do your dare. Hopefully you'll list it, but it's not mandatory.
They are long threads. If the first time looking, go in, read the first post, then hit discussions on the left to go out. Select the thread again - and when you go back in you will go to the most recent post(s). Always go in again from the thread itself.
