Anyone having invoicing problems?

Over the last week or so, I have been having problems combining invoices to buyers, particularly if they have won an auction, and then bought store items. I have also made adjustments to discounts which haven't shown up on the buyers invoice when they receive it. When I contacted ebay help, they said it was because some were going through the Auctiva checkout. But I have been listing with Auctiva for a year or so, and never had this problem before. A couple of the buyers affected said it was not just my auctions, others sellers were having similar problems. Is any one else having this problem? Is it an ebay glitch, or a problem with my store settings? Thankyou, Danielle

Not that I know of. There is a glitch with gallery pix not showing up in searches. I just had to cancel a listing to get a refund. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider ... google me!

This has been happening to me too. Same exact thing, and I never had problems before. I've been using Auctiva for quite awhile, and this just started happening within the last month!! -- Dawn *House of 1000 Spirits*

No - I don't use Auctiva. Maybe ebay & Auctiva aren't playing well together? Sue

Sue I think you are right - it is the auctiva listings that are a problem, and I think they are not playing nicely together. len,I did contact auctiva who weren't especially helpful, and then I got so frustrated with it this morning when ANOTHER good customer was understandably cross that she had to pay for her 3 items separatly, AND the shipping charges showed up on each of them, despite me having knocked them off two of the invoices, that I pulled all 71 Auctiva listings from my store this morning. Cant afford a bad feedback about that! I will decide whether to relist them after this week is over.
